Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Heart of a Woman does not offer cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, reimbursements, credits, or credits toward a future event for any ticket, regardless of the reason the attendee is unable to attend.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to 60 days before the event, provided the new attendee is attending the same event.

Transfer Policy
Transfers between different events are not permitted.
Transfers requested within 60 days of the event cannot be accommodated.
All transfer requests must be sent to [email protected].

The transfer option outlined above is the only exception available for an unused registration.

Payment Plan Terms

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Heart of a Woman to automatically charge the card provided according to the payment schedule shown at checkout.

All payments are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full registration price.

Your registration must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the event. If a scheduled payment is declined, you are responsible for bringing your account current.
